摘 要:
12 个辣椒品种的花药培养的结果表明, 所有品种均可诱导出胚状体, 其中 9 个品种可获得健壮的再生植株。每一辣 椒品种的适宜植物生长调节剂配比不同。不同品种的胚状体诱导率和成苗率有差异。成熟的胚状体均能分化成苗, 根先分 化或停止发育的胚状体很少成苗。关键词:辣椒; 花药培养; 胚状体; 成苗率

Abstract:
Anthers from 12 cultivars of red pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) were cultured and embryoids were induced from all cultivars. Vigorous plantlets regeneration could be obtained from 9 cultivars. The results showed that efficiency of embryoid induction was different among cultivars, and rate of seedling derived from embryoids was different, too. Different cultivars required different combinations of plant growth regulators. All the plantlets were derived from mature embryoids. There were few seedlings derived from embryoids which had roots preferential differentiation or had no development.Key words: red pepper (Capsicum annuum L.); anther culture; embryoid; rate of seedling
